Learning to move from your core creates stability, focus and strength.
A strong core keeps you from using your back inappropriately & grately assist with mental & physical balance. It's a firey practice that ignites the solar plexis & speeds your metabolism.
The focus is on strengthening the abdominals with a series of exercises based on the principles of pilates.
You will learn a series of movements that you can use at home daily to strengthen your abdominals.
