This workshop is a huge dose of DEEP RELAXATION DESIGNED TO NOURISH THE MIND, BODY AND SOUL.
We will start the session with Deep Breathing Techniques (pranayama) combining deep therapeutic YIN stretching
using the wall for alignment & support. These stretches gooooo deeeeep. You'll find your edge.
Learn to bring your mind to where your body is and keep it there.

You will then move flawlessly from one posture to the next while keeping the breath calm & relaxed.
SAVASANA comes easily at the end of this practice.
